Who is Rolling Ray?
American rapper, TV personality and social media star Raymond Harper – aka Rolling Ray – was born in Martinsburg, Missouri , on 5 September 1996, making Virgo his zodiac sign. He only gained recognition after he was featured in an episode of the reality crime show “Divorce Court”, which starred Lynn Toler, Nick Barrotta and Jimmy Hodson, and follows various couples who want to have a divorce or break up; the show aired from 1999 through 2020, and was nominated for three awards.

Rolling Ray was raised in Martinsburg by his parents who prefer to stay away from media, thus not a lot about them has been disclosed; Rolling Ray hasn’t spoken about having siblings, and most of his fans believe him to be an only child.
He became interested in soccer while attending a local elementary school, joining its soccer team and playing many games with them; Rolling Ray continued playing soccer in high school, but when then involved in a car accident which made him a quadriplegic.

Rolling Ray appeared in an episode of the 2018 reality show “Catfish: Trolls”, which starred Charlamagne Tha God and Raymond Braun, and follows the two exposing internet trolls.
Since 2022, Rolling Ray’s been starring in the reality show “Bobby I Love You, Purrr”, which also stars Bobby Lytes, Jason Lee and Natalie Nunn, and follows Bobby Lytes who’s trying to find true love with the help of his best friends Jason Lee and Rolling Ray.

Rolling Ray has launched his YouTube channel ‘Rollin’ with Ray’ just recently, on 22 September 2022, which is why only a few over 300 people are today subscribed to it, while all of his 12 videos have been watched more than 4,000 times. Rolling Ray’s still quite popular on the network thanks to the videos about him which have been uploaded onto other people’s channels, and which have been watched millions of times; we’re going to write about three most popular amongst these, as they’ve contributed to Rolling Ray’s popularity on the internet.

He’s tweeted nearly 150,000 times since the launch of his Twitter account in April 2013, and is followed by close to 100,000 people on this social media network; most of Rolling Ray’s tweets are related to his everyday life.
He has a Facebook profile as well, but doesn’t seem to be very active on it.

Rumors about being dead
In January 2020, Rolling Ray’s wig caught fire and burned his face, neck and arms, and he then had to undergo surgery.
He was diagnosed with coronavirus in January 2022, and then fell into a coma; Rolling Ray spent two additional weeks in hospital upon waking up, and many of his fans assumed him dead because his social media accounts weren’t updated during that time. It was only on 5 April 2022 that Rolling Ray revealed that he was alive and relatively well.

He began dating Christian McCormick while they were attending the same high school, and the two were together for six years prior to breaking up and appearing in the show “Divorce Court”; Christian prefers to stay away from media, and is only known for his appearance in the mentioned show.
Rolling Ray’s today in a relationship with a non-celebrity American man Roland, but nothing else about his new love has been shared on the internet.

Rolling Ray can only move his wheelchair on his own, and requires assistance for all other things.
He’s passionate about music, and has recorded several rap songs, entitled “Thank You”, “Gun Action” and “Look At Me”, however, these cannot be found uploaded onto YouTube. Some of Rolling Ray’s favorite rappers are 50 Cent, Tupac Shakur and Kanye West.
