Zach Willa was born in Clinton, Iowa USA, on 17 March 1987 – his zodiac sign is Pisces, and he holds American nationality. He’s an actor, singer-songwriter, and a dancer, who has been credited with appearing in over 20 movies and TV series, while he’s probably known best for his portrayal of Richard Ramirez in the critically acclaimed horror thriller series “American Horror Story”. Early life and education
Zach was raised in Clinton by his Mexican parents, about whom nothing is known as he respects their privacy; he hasn’t mentioned having any siblings, which is why most of his fans believe him to be an only child.
He became interested in acting while attending a local high school; Zach was a member of his school’s drama club, and appeared in many plays performed both at the school and at a local theatre. He was also interested in various other activities, including singing, dancing and playing various instruments; Zach can today play the guitar, violin, drums and the piano.
He matriculated in 2005, and enrolled at the prestigious Juilliard School in New York, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in acting in 2009; Zach then spent two years honing his skills at Interlochen Arts Academy.
Roles in TV series
Zach made his TV series debut in 2011, with his voicing of Bishop in the episode “The Double Deuce” of the hit animated action comedy “Archer”, created by Adam Reed, and which stars H. Jon Benjamin, Judy Greer and Amber Nash. It follows the lives of several secret agents, has been airing since 2009, and has won 18 awards, including three Primetime Emmys, while it’s been nominated for 68 other awards.
In 2013, Zach was cast to play Javier Ramos in the episode “Resurrection” of the mystery crime drama “NCIS: Los Angeles”, and in 201, we heard him voice Carlos Sanchez in the popular animated comedy “Bordertown”.
The following year saw him star as Dashiell Lowman in the comedy “Dan Is Dead”, which co-starred Drake Bell and Andrew Lewis Caldwell, and follows the band Orange and the Dead Ends whose frontman Dan Orange has just died, thus making them hire a neurotic man who looks just like Dan.
In 2018, Zach made a guest appearance in an episode of the hit mystery science fiction drama “The Expanse”; his two most recent roles in TV series have been in three episodes of the comedy drama “Shameless” in 2019, and two episodes of the romantic drama “Station 19” in 2021.

Zach made his debut film appearance with his portrayal of Phil in the 2014 short comedy “Jesus Year”, then in 2015 he was cast to play Jordan in the popular romantic drama “Honeyglue”.
It was written and directed by James Bird, starred Adriana Mather, Christopher Heyerdahl and Jessica Tuck, and follows Morgan who has just learned that she has only three months to live.
In 2016, Zach played Tyler in the drama “Cardboard Boxer”, and the following year saw him star in the short drama “A Break in White”. In 2018, he was cast to play Arturo in the action crime drama “Destroyer”, directed by Karyn Kusama, and which starred Nicole Kidman, Toby Kebbell and Tatiana Maslany; the movie follows a police detective who’s reconnecting with the people whom she met in the past and has neglected, and it won three of the 23 awards for which it was nominated.
In 2019, we saw Zach appear in three movies: the romantic comedy drama “As You Like It”, the short drama “AHS9 Cast Teasers” and the short musical comedy “Hipster Sweathshop”.
His most recent movie role has been his portrayal of Billy Loomis in the horror “QuaranCREAM Live”, while he’s currently shooting for four upcoming movies, including the comedy “Good Mourning with a U” and the horror thriller “Hypochondriac”.

Prior to meeting Zach, in October 2012 she married the British actor Jamie Bell, gave birth to their son in July 2013, and then divorced Jamie in 2014.
