Zac is a fashion designer, best known for his various collaborations with other designers and companies. He’s responsible for the redesigning of the Delta Airlines uniforms, and is also the creator of the bridal gown collection Truly Zac Posen. In 2000, Posen’s name started to become well known after he made a dress for model Naomi Campbell. His popularity and skill earned him many connections who offered to help represent him. A year later, he went back to New York and started to accumulate his own collections, with one of the first becoming part of GenArt’s “Fresh Faces in Fashion New York 2001” – his collection helped him get a $20,000 grant that would fuel his future projects.
