In season 21, she partnered with Carlos PenaVega and the two reached the finals before being eliminated in fourth place. The next season, she partnered the NFL’s Von Miller, reaching seventh place. Witney has performed various dances on the show including Samba, Jive, Rumba, Argentine Tango, and Salsa.

Aside from her work on reality television, she was cast in the movie “Dancin’ It’s On” which was released in 2015, appearing alongside Russell Ferguson and Chehon Wespi-Tschopp who are best known for being part of “So You Think You Can Dance?” Carson was also nominated in 2015 for Outstanding Choreography during the Primetime Emmy Awards, and was also nominated in the 2016 Industry Dance Awards.

For her personal life, it is known that Witney married Carson McAllister in 2016 at the Salt Lake Temple in a private Mormon ceremony, after a relationship of four years. “Dancing with the Stars” dancers were present at the wedding including Emma Slater, Lindsay Arnold, and Jenna Johnson.
