Kristina is the only child of Glikeriya Shirokova, a former model, and Ruslan Primenov, a former football player. She has an older half-sister, Natalia, from her mother’s side. It hasn’t been disclosed whether their mother was married before she met Ruslan Primenov.
Although Glikeriya was a model, she gained international popularity by marrying the famous football player, Ruslan Valeryevich Pimenov, who played for Dynamo Moscow, and for Russia at the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup in 2002.
Kristina’s mother came into the spotlight at the start of her modeling career as a moderator of her Instagram account. Modeling career
Kristina began her modeling career aged four. Her mother sent Kristina’s photos to the modeling agency President Kids, and she soon launched her career in the fashion industry. Kristina also practiced gymnastics, and won a gold medal at the 2013 gymnastics tournament in Tatarstan, an important cultural center in Russia.
Subsequently, Kristina began working for brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Armani, Burberry, and Benetton. In 2014, Kristina was called ‘the most beautiful girl in the world’ by Women Daily magazine.

Kristina signed up for LA Models agency, and her modeling contract caused a lot of controversy since she was a minor. However, this didn’t stop her successful career – she was photographed for Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, and Vogue Italia.
In one of her rare interviews, Kristina said that she was dreaming of an acting career, and then one day would like to become a filmmaker.
Acting career
Kristina made her acting debut as Dasha in the 2018 movie “The Russian Bride”, starring opposite Corbin Bernsen and Oksana Orlan. This thriller-horror film was the story of a Russian woman who meets a man on a dating website, but when she travels to the United States to marry him, she discovers that he is a psycho who makes her and her daughter’s lives a living hell.
The movie was nominated for the Golden Unicorn Award-Best Foreign Film with a Russian Connection.
Kristina followed with her role as a Singing child in the 2019 science-fiction fantasy “Creators: The Past”, starring Gerard Depardieu, Bruce Payne and William Shatner, which had 17 award nominations and won 14.
In the same year, Kristina debuted as a voice actor, for the character of Bagger in the video game “Secret Neighbor”.

Kristina has been the subject of numerous rumors about her love life, some of them saying that she’s lesbian. The reason for that was dozens of photos featuring Kristina and an Asian girl, however, the truth is that the girl from the photos is her best friend, Ella Gross, who is also a model and social media star, who has an army of followers on her Instagram, counting over four million.
The photo of Kristina kissing an anonymous boy circulated on the internet, however, in the end, Kristina denied that it was her in the photo, saying that it’s some girl who looks a like her.
