American TV personalities, fashion designers and models Shannade and Shannon Clermont, were born in Montclair, New Jersey USA, on 21 March 1994 under the zodiac sign of Aries. They gained recognition in 2015, when cast to appear in the 14th season of the reality show “Bad Girls Club”; it’s been airing since 2006, today stars Tanisha Thomas, Natalie Nunn and Neveen Ismael, and follows several rebellious women who’ve been placed under the same roof, believing that they could make each other behave more appropriately.
The twins were removed from the show after it had aired its 7th episode, because they got into a fight with other cast members, who then destroyed most of their belongings; Shannon and Shannade revealed that they have learned a lot from “Bad Girls Club”, but would never appear in it or other similar shows again.
Education and early life
Shannade and Shannon were raised alongside their two older brothers and an older sister in Montclair, by their immigrant parents; their Haitian father was the owner of a small moving company, while their Jamaican mother ran a daycare.
The girls grew up being interested in modeling, and dreamed of becoming famous models when they grew up; they also wanted to become either famous actresses or dancers, and began taking dancing lessons when they were nine.
They were 14 when they launched their modelling careers, while they then began going to a modelling and acting school, having won a half a year long program.
The girls matriculated in 2012, and Shannon went on to study at Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising in 2016; Shannade studied at Parsons School of Design, of the New School, in New York, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in strategic design in 2016.
The girls then moved to Los Angeles, California, and began pursuing modelling and fashion designing.
Shannon and Shannade’s career
Shannon and Shannade modeled for the American fashion designer and TV personality Leah Christine McSweene’s collection Married to the Mob in 2015.
The two girls attracted a lot of attention in January 2018, when they modeled for famous American rapper and fashion designer Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 6 collection; appearing on the catwalk together with famous American model, actress, singer and businesswoman Paris Whitney Hilton.
They then took part in the 2018 New York Fashion Week, modeling for Gypsy Sport, and in January 2019, Shannon and Shannade modeled for The Blonds, followed in September 2019 by modeling for Chromat.
The twins interned at the fashion labels Yves Saint Laurent and Jovani in 2016, and then launched their fashion label Mont Boudoir in 2017, and re-launched it in June 2020, with their new sunglasses collection ‘Money’. Shannon and Shannade have revealed that famous American businesswoman and former actress Ashley Fuller Olsen, and American fashion designer, actress and businesswoman Mary-Kate Olsen served as an inspiration for their sunglasses collection.
They’ve also been featured in a number of music videos, including Wiz Khalifa’s “Gin and Drugs”, Nicki Minaj’s “Good Form”, and Future’s “Real Sisters” and “Same Damn Time”.
The twin’s YouTube channel
Shannon and Shannade launched their YouTube channel, “The Clermont Twins” on 19 October 2011, and there are today nearly 50,000 people subscribed to it, while the twins have amassed more than 1.1 million views of all their videos combined – there are currently only three uploaded onto the channel, while it remains unknown why Shannon and Shannade have deleted a couple of their other videos.
The most popular video amongst these, “THE CLERMONT TWINS BGC 14 TELL ALL” has been watched over a million times since 29 September 2020, and features the twins talking about everything that happened in the reality show “Bad Girls Club”.
Their second most popular video “CLERMONT TWINS 2020 HALLOWEEN RECAP” has been viewed nearly 60,000 times since 21 November 2020, and shows them getting ready for Halloween.
Their #3 video “WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL CLERMONT TWINS YOUTUBE CHANNEL!” has been viewed over 55,000 times since 25 August 2020, and it serves as an introduction video to the twins’ YouTube channel.

Love lives and boyfriends
Back in March 2021, Shannon exchanged vows with Canadian jewelry designer Alex Moss, whom she had previously dated for a couple of years. Alex was living in the US at that time, and even though he needed to wed in order to stay in the country, he promised Shannon that he wanted to marry her because he loved her, and not because of the papers; Shannon’s revealed that Alex also asked her to keep the marriage hidden from media, even from her twin sister. Most recently, in September 2022, Shannon asked a judge to nullify their marriage, claiming that she had been manipulated into it.
Just recently, in April 2022, Shannade was seen spending time with American rapper Kanye West at the Japanese restaurant Nobu in Malibu, even though the two tried their best to hide the fact that they were together there; Kanye left the restaurant through the backdoor, while Shannade left around half an hour later. Neither has commented on whether or not they’re dating.
Both twins seem to be single as of September 2022.
Interesting facts and hobbies
The twins are highly active on Instagram, and are together running their account “Clermont Twins”; it’s currently followed by nearly two million people, while the girls have posted close to 550 pictures and videos onto the social media network.
Their careers have taken them all around the US, and they’ve also travelled to several Asian and European countries, as well as to Australia and a couple of South American countries; Shannon and Shannade’s favorite destination is Paris, France.
They love doing cosplay together, and they’ve uploaded numerous pictures of their outfits onto their Instagram account.
Shannon and Shannade are planning to try and launch a career in the film industry – their favorite actress is Angelina Jolie, while some of their favorite movies are “Maleficent”, “Wanted” and “Girl, Interrupted”.

Shannade’s problems with the law
Shannade was sentenced to spend a year behind bars in April 2019, after she pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, access device fraud and aggravated identity theft. She had recorded the debit card information of real estate broker James Alesi on 31 January 2017, and used it to purchase items and make money transfers after James had died from a drug overdose that same evening.
She began serving her sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, California on 4 June 2019, and was released on 9 March 2020 for good behavior; Shannon and Shannade then launched the Clermont Foundation, which helps those struggling with mental issues, because Shannade began having suicidal thoughts following her trial.

Shannon and Shannade’s age is 28. They both have long black hair which they usually dye blonde, their eyes are brown and their height’s 5ft 6ins (1.67m); both girls weigh around 130lbs (60kgs). Although they prefer not to talk about plastic surgery which they’ve undergone, the twins have revealed that they’ve enhanced nearly everything but their breasts, including their lips, chins, cheeks and buttocks.
