Who is Kendall Schmidt?
American actor and singer-songwriter Kendall Francis Schmidt, was born in Wichita, Kansas USA, on 2 November 1990, making his zodiac sign Scorpio. He’s had roles in over 50 movies and TV series, many of which are his and his band Heffron Drive’s music videos, while he’s perhaps best known for his playing of Kendall Knight, one of the main characters in the musical family comedy series “Big Time Rush”, created by Scott Fellows, and which also starred James Maslow and Carlos PenaVega. It follows four hockey players who’ve decided to form a boyband, the series aired from 2009 to 2013, and won four of its 19 award nominations.
Education and early life
Kendall and his brothers Kevin and Kenneth Schmidt were raised in Wichita by their parents Kent and Kathy Schmidt, who are of German descent; Kendall’s brothers have also become actors, while their parents’ professions haven’t been disclosed.
Kendall was five when he appeared in his first commercial, and was 10 when he made his debut TV series appearance, playing Noah in the 2001 episode “For Mature Audiences Only” of the comedy “Raising Dad”; the same year saw him make his debut film appearance, playing Chad in the romantic comedy drama “According to Spencer”, as well as Bill in the 2011 drama “Robertson’s Greatest Hits”.

In 2013, he appeared in the episode “Big Time Marvin” of the family science fiction comedy “Marvin Marvin”, and the year 2015 heard him voice a character in the episode “Tunnel of Love” of the short animated comedy “The Penguins of Madagascar”.
His most recent TV series role has been his portrayal of Justin in the family musical comedy “School of Rock”, created by Jim and Steve Armogida, and which starred Breanna Yde, Ricardo Hurtado and Jade Pettyjohn. It follows a rock ‘n’ roll singer who’s posing as a substitute teacher, and is teaching his students to play rock ‘n’ roll music; the series aired from 2016 to 2018, and won two of its 15 award nominations.

Kendall portrayed Rhythm Guitarist in the 2009 family fantasy “The Alyson Stoner Project”, and the year 2012 saw him reprise his role as the lead character Kendall Knight in the musical family comedy “Big Time Movie”, directed by Savage Steve Holland, and which also starred James Maslow and Carlos PenaVega. It follows the same four boys from the series, as they’re travelling to London, England to perform, and have learned of a device that’s threatening to destroy the world; the movie was nominated for a Directors Guild of America Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Children’s Programs.
In 2013, Kendall starred in the “Chef Boyardee: Big Time Rush Commercial”, and was in 2015 featured in multiple Heffron Drive music videos, such as “Had to Be Panama”, “Everything Has Changed” and “Division of the Heart”.

Kendall and Mica haven’t spoken about when they began dating or how they met, but it’s believed by most of their fans that they were introduced by a mutual friend at a bar in 2015; it was on 30 June 2022 that Kendall asked Mica to marry him, but it remains unknown if they’ve already chosen a date for their wedding.
Kendall hasn’t mentioned the girls whom he had dated prior to meeting Mica, to whom he’s engaged as of November 2022, hasn’t married, and doesn’t have children.
