Who is Taylor Handley?

Actor Taylor Handley made his debut in the 1998 movie “Jack Frost”, and this is his signature role. He now has nearly 50 acting credits to his name, and besides the mentioned role, he’s perhaps known best for his performance as Deputy Dixon Lamb in the series “Vegas”.
