Who is Joel Fry?

British actor and musician Joel Fry was born in London, England, on 20 May 1985, making his zodiac sign Taurus. He’s had roles in over 50 movies and TV series, and is perhaps best known for his playing of Hizdahr zo Loraq in eight episodes (2014-2015) of one of the best rated series of all time – the action adventure drama “Game of Thrones”. D. B. Weiss and David Benioff created the series, which starred Kit Harington, Peter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke, and follows nine noble families as they’re fighting for the lands of Westeros; the series aired from 2011 to 2019, and won 447 of its 1,080 award nominations.

Joel’s still quite active in the movie industry, and is currently shooting for three upcoming films: “The Queen Mary”, “The End We Start From” and “Bank of Dave”.

Joel respects his family’s privacy, and hasn’t shared many details about his parents, who raised him in London; it’s believed that his father was a musician, and his mother a professional dancer. Joel hasn’t spoken of having siblings, so some of his fans believe that he has none.

He’s passionate about music, and was once a member of the band Animal Circus; their one and only extended play “Snakes and Ladders” was released in 2012. Some of Joel’s favorite musicians are Prince, Whitney Houston and Elvis Presley.
