Who is Gracie Dzienny?

American actress Gracie Dzienny was born under the zodiac sign Virgo on 26 August 1995, in Toledo, Ohio USA. She’s appeared in 17 movies and TV series, perhaps known best for portraying Elinor in all eight episodes of the 2022 horror mystery series “First Kill”, which created by V. E. Schwab, starred Elizabeth Mitchell, Imani Lewis and Sarah Catherine Hook. It follows Juliette and Calliope who’ve fallen in love even though one’s a vampire and the other a vampire killer; the series won one of its two award nominations.

Early life and education

Gracie was raised alongside her two older siblings in Toledo, by their father Mike Dzienny and mother Tara; not many details have been shared about her family, but it’s known that Gracie’s the only one who’s active in the entertainment industry.

She was only five years old when she won a modelling contest sponsored by L’Oreal, and thus launched her modelling career; Gracie then began taking dance lessons and was mostly into learning ballet, jazz and tap. Her debut TV series role came in 2011, when cast to play one of the main characters Amanda McKay in all 39 episodes of the action adventure comedy “Supah Ninjas”, which also starred Carlos Knight and Ryan Potter, and was created by Eric Garcia and Leo Chu. Gracie played Student in the 2013 episode “Gnarly Mann” of the comedy “AwesomenessTV”, and the year 2015 saw her play Stacy Dover in two episodes of the thriller “State of Affairs”, which starred Adam Kaufman, Alfre Woodard and Katherine Heigl, and was created by Alexi Hawley. It depicts a CIA officer who’s become the president’s daily briefer, and the series won one of its three award nominations.

A couple of Gracie’s following roles were in two episodes of the 2015 musical “Side Effects”, 14 episodes of the 2015 romantic family drama “Chasing Life”, and 15 episodes of the 2017 mystery science fiction “Zoo”.

The year 2021 saw her play Amber in the episode “How Come” of the sports drama “All American”, and the same year saw Gracie portray Ruby Red in four episodes of the action adventure “Jupiter’s Legacy”, which starred Leslie Bibb, Ben Daniels and Josh Duhamel, and was created by Steven S. DeKnight. It follows the children of superheroes as it’s their turn to save Earth from its enemies – the series won two awards.

Gracie’s only other TV series role has been playing Tatum in five episodes of the 2022 comedy “The Sex Lives of College Girls”.

Gracie’s appeared in only two movies. Her debut was playing Tina in the 2018 action science fiction adventure “Bumblebee”, which starred John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr. and Hailee Steinfeld, and was directed by Travis Knight. It follows 17 years old Charlie Watson who’s found Bumblebee hiding in a junkyard in 1987, and the film won two of its 15 award nominations.

In 2021, Gracie stared as Adult Jazmyn in the short drama “Dear Diary”, which also starred Valeria Camero and Gladys Bautista, and was written and directed by Giselle Bonilla; it follows the life of a girl observed through what she wrote in her diary.

Gracie’s yet to talk about how and when she and Jonathan met but it’s widely believed that they were introduced by a mutual friend while she was shooting for a TV series in 2020.
