Gabriel Swann Macht was born in New York City, USA, on 22 January 1972 – his zodiac sign is Aquarius, and he holds American nationality. Gabriel’s brother Jesse’s today a successful musician. The family moved to California when Gabriel was five years old, and it was around this time that he became interested in acting. He was eight when he made his debut film appearance, playing Jeorge in the 1980 comedy drama “Why Would I Lie?”, but after his portrayal of the lead character Kid in the 1983 short family movie “Kid in the Real World”, Gabriel took an eight-year break from acting, wanting to focus on his studies. He was educated at Beverly Hills High School, and was interested in a couple of activities during his time there, including playing various sports such as soccer and basketball.
