Who was Gawd Triller?
The late American YouTuber and social media personality Terrence Perrion Bayne – aka Gawd Triller – was born under the zodiac sign Aquarius on 17 February 1998, in Detroit, Michigan USA. He was perhaps mostly popular for his YouTube channel “Gawd Triller”, which can still today be found on the network; launched on 18 August 2010, it’s subscribed to by more than 500,000 people. Gawd shared 399 videos and all of these together number nearly 50 million views, with most featuring him reviewing professional video gamers playing the game “NBA 2K”.
Gawd was 24 when he died in a car accident on 27 August 2022. He and his girlfriend were hit in their Ford Fusion by a Kia; they were able to get out of the car but were then hit by a Jeep Liberty, dying on the spot. A total of six cars were involved in the crash.

Gawd was raised in Detroit alongside his older brother Javontay, and three sisters Kriss Janae, Mariyah Allizea and Pretty Bri, by their father whose name hasn’t been revealed, and mother Vanessa Bayne Mamasotrill; his brother’s also a YouTuber whose channel “SoLLUMINATI” is today subscribed to by more than two million people.
Gawd studied at Henry Ford II High School, and was mostly into playing sports during his four years there; he was passionate about basketball and was a member of the school’s team, while he also played football and tennis. Gawd also considered launching a career in the film industry, as he appeared in a couple of school plays and enjoyed acting, however, he became popular on YouTube and chose to focus on making a name for himself on the internet.
Gawd matriculated in 2016, then didn’t enroll at college.
Most viewed YouTube videos
Gawd was mostly popular on YouTube for his videos about basketball, but he also uploaded numerous videos which featured him playing various other games, spending time with his friends and taking on internet challenges; we’ll cover the three videos which today number the most views on the channel.
His #1 video “*LIVE ON STREAM* ( TRY NOT TO LAUGH) #1 – STREAMERS GOT EMBARRASSED OVER 2K” has been watched nearly 1.5 million times since 7 July 2018, and is a compilation of short videos featuring Gawd beating various streamers in the video game “NBA 2K”.
Gawd’s second most popular video “I MADE A KID BEAT ON HIMSELF AND CRY ON STREAM” has been viewed more than 1.4 million times since 29 March 2017, and features him beating a kid in a game of “NBA 2K”.
His #3 video “*UNCENSORED – NBA 2K: I MADE A 99 OVERALL RAGE AND BREAK FACE-CAM” has been watched more than 1.2 million times since 18 December 2017, and features him defeating another streamer in the game “NBA 2K18”.
Presence on the internet
Gawd was highly popular on various social media networks, and most of his accounts are still accessible today.
Gawd’s Instagram account is today followed by more than 11,000 people, although only seven pictures can be found on it; most show Gawd spending time with his family and friends, attending his older sister’s wedding, and celebrating his birthday.
Gawd’s TikTok account is today followed by more than 5,000 people, and the eight videos that he’d posted onto it have all together amassed nearly 15,000 likes; most feature him playing “NBA 2K” games, pranking his friends and shooting his YouTube videos.
Gawd tweeted nearly 10,000 times on Twitter; he launched his account in February 2013, and it’s currently followed by more than 45,000 people. Most of his tweets were in one way or another related to basketball.
Gawd’s Facebook page is today followed by only 28 people, but he was never very active on this social media network; his final post was on 7 July 2022, when he shared a video featuring himself having fun at the new game center Zap Zone.

Love life and relationships
Gawd rarely revealed details of his love life on the internet, as he preferred to keep his personal matters to himself, however, it’s known that he was in a long-term relationship with his American non-celebrity girlfriend Alaya Milani at the time of his death; the two died together.
Alaya was known on Instagram as Kaiikkayy, and her account is still today followed by nearly 10,000 people; only a single picture remains uploaded onto it, featuring her in one of her favorite outfits.
We don’t know about other girls whom Gawd had perhaps been with, while it’s widely believed that Alaya was his first serious relationship; he was in a relationship at the time of his death, didn’t marry and had no children.
Interesting facts and hobbies
Gawd was passionate about basketball, as he enjoyed playing it both live with his friends and in video games; he also loved to watch live National Basketball Association (NBA) games.
He was physically quite active as he often worked out at the gym, while he also often ran and played various sports; his favorites besides basketball were table tennis and soccer.
Gawd enjoyed listening to music and was mostly into rap; his two favorite rappers were Kanye West and Snoop Dogg.
He was a philanthropist and enjoyed donating money to underprivileged children; he was also often there to help out his neighborhood in whatever way possible.
Gawd was a fan of fast cars, but not in a way that he enjoyed collecting them, rather than only seeing them.
Denzel Washington was one of his favorite actors, and a couple of Gawd’s favorite movies were “Malcolm X”, “The Hurricane’ and “2 Guns”.

Gawd would’ve been 25 today. He had brown eyes and black hair, weighed about 140lbs (65kgs) and was 5ft 8ins (1.73m) tall.
