She is an actress, comedian, television host, model and producer, perhaps best recognized from her role of Joan Clayton in the situation comedy “Girlfriends” (2000–2008). Tracee has a half brother who is the musician and actor Evan Ross. She was educated at the Institut Le Rosey in Switzerland, as well as New Walden Lincoln in Manhattan, New York USA. Ross graduated from Brown University in 1994 with a BA degree in theatre, however, her first source of income was in modelling. In 1996, she debuted on the big screen in the film “Far Harbor” (1996). Subsequently, she appeared in the feature films “Sue Lost in Manhattan” (1997), “A Fare to Remember” (1998), “Hanging Up” (2000) and “In the Weeds” (2000).
