Who is Paige Hurd?

Paige Audrey Marie Hurd was born in Dallas, Texas USA, on 20 July 1992 – her zodiac sign is Cancer, and she holds American nationality. She’s an actress with more than 30 credits to her name, perhaps known best for her portrayal of Lauren in the critically acclaimed crime series “Power Book II: Ghost”, created by Courtney A. Kemp, and which starred Michael Rainey Jr., Shane Johnson and Gianni Paolo. It follows the lives of a couple of controversial characters, and the series won five of the 11 awards for which it was nominated.

Paige was raised in Dallas alongside her two sisters and two brothers, by their Puerto Rican mother Cheryl Martin, who’s the CEO of CMA Entertainment, and their African-American father, who prefers to stay away from the media’s attention.

The following years saw Paige appear in an episode or two of various series, such as the family comedy “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody”, the crime fantasy drama “Medium” and the romantic drama “ER”.

Between 2006 and 2009, she played Tasha in 17 episodes of the musical comedy drama “Everybody Hates Chris”, created by Ali LeRoi and Chris Rock, and which starred Terry Crews, Tichina Arnold and Tequan Richmond. It follows the lives of a young African-American boy and his dysfunctional family, and the series won seven of the 61 awards for which it was nominated, including three Primetime Emmy nominations.
