Who is Mia Isaac?
American actress and social media star Mia Wei-Ming Isaac was born under the zodiac sign Gemini on 25 May 2004, in the USA. She has nine acting credits, and is perhaps known best for playing Wally Park, one of the main characters in the 2022 drama movie “Don’t Make Me Go”, which also starred Kaya Scodelario and John Cho, and was directed by Hannah Marks. It follows a single father who’s just learned that his teenage daughter’s suffering from an incurable brain tumor, while he’s now taken her on a road trip to meet her mother who abandoned her not long after she was born; the film won two of its four award nominations.
Mia’s today highly active in the film industry, and is currently shooting for the upcoming mini-series “The Perfect Couple”.

Mia was raised alongside her brother Zion and sister Nylah, by their father Alfredo and mother Simone; not many details have been disclosed about her family but it’s known that she’s of Asian and African descent. Also in 2020, Mia starred as Vivian in the short drama “The Cancel Club”, which also starred Joshua Israel and Isabella Bloedorn, and was directed by Moli Hall; it follows the lives of several high school students.
The year 2021 saw her portray Melody in the short drama “You Could Have Done Better”, which also starred Joshua Israel and Kimberly Blake, and which Mia also wrote and directed; the film follows a single mother and her relationship with her daughter.

In 2022, Mia portrayed Rowan in the critically acclaimed thriller comedy “Not Okay”, starring alongside Dylan O’Brien and Zoey Deutch, while the film was written and directed by Quinn Shephard. It follows a young woman who’s become popular on the internet now that she’s lied about surviving a deadly attack, and the movie was nominated for a 2023 MTV Movie Award Best Comedic Performance, for Dylan.
Mia’s only other film role has been playing the lead character Aurora in the 2023 science fiction thriller “Gray Matter”, which also starred Garret Dillahunt and Jessica Frances Dukes, and was directed by Meko Winbush. It follows Aurora who’s just learned from her mother that they both have superhuman abilities – it was nominated for a 2023 Web Series Festival Global Finalist Award.
Roles in TV series
Mia’s appeared in only a single TV series. She played Covey in seven episodes of the 2023 historical mystery “Black Cake”, which starred Ashley Thomas, Chipo Chung and Adrienne Warren, and was created by Marissa Jo Cerar; it follows the disappearance of Bride Covey under the ocean under strange circumstances.
