Who was Dakota Culkin?

The late American artist Dakota Culkin was born in New York State, USA, on 15 June 1978, meaning that Gemini was her zodiac sign. She was probably known best for being a sister of the famous actor Macaulay Culkin, as well as for having worked in the art department of the horror thriller movie “Lost Soul”, directed by Dana Schroeder, and which starred Dave Vescio, Nick Mancuso and Zadran Wali; it follows a supernatural battle of two men over a woman they’re both obsessed with.

Dakota was raised alongside her six siblings in New York City, by their father Christopher Cornelius ‘Kit’ Culkin who’s a theatre actor, and mother Patricia Brentrup who was a telephone operator.

Famous American actor and singer Macaulay Macaulay Culkin Culkin was born as Macaulay Carson Culkin in New York City, USA, on 26 August 1980, making Virgo his zodiac sign. He’s appeared in nearly 50 movies and TV series, while he became popular as a child actor when he played the lead character Kevin in the critically acclaimed 1990 family comedy movie “Home Alone”, which Chris Columbus directed, and which also starred Daniel Stern and Joe Pesci. It follows an eight years old boy who’s been forgotten at home by his parents, and is now protecting the house from two burglars; the movie won 11 of its 19 award nominations, including two Oscar nominations for Best Music, Original Song, and Best Music, Original Score.

Macaulay’s since had only a couple of roles, with his three most recent having been in the 2019 comedy film “Changeland”, two episodes of the 2022 comedy series “The Righteous Gemstones”, and the 2022 animated musical comedy movie “Entergalactic” (voice role).

Macaulay was convicted of drug possession on 15 October 2004, and given three one-year suspended prison sentences.

He and American actress Rachel Anne Miner were both 18 when they married in 1998, but separated two years later, and their divorce was finalized in 2002. In May 2002, Macaulay began dating famous American actress Milena Markovna ‘Mila’ Kunis, but they eventually split in January 2011. He began dating American actress Brenda Song in March 2018, and she gave birth to their son Dakota Song Culkin on 5 April 2021; Macaulay named their son ‘Dakota’ after his late sister.

Macaulay was friends with the late American singer-songwriter and dancer Michael Joseph Jackson, and stated during Michael’s 2005 sexual child abuse trial that he slept with Michael in the same bed, but was never molested; Macaulay attended his funeral on 3 September 2009.
