Who is Ximena Saenz?
Argentinian social media star, YouTuber and chef Ximena Saenz was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 11 June 1983, making Gemini her zodiac sign. She’s attracted quite a lot of attention with her self-titled YouTube channel, which she launched on 28 October 2007, and which is today subscribed to by close to 15,000 people; all of Ximena’s seven videos combined have been watched close to 200,000 times, and most feature her preparing delicious foods and teaching her fans her unique recipes.
Education and early life
Ximena was raised in Buenos Aires by her mother and father about whom she’s yet to speak in public, because she’s respective of their privacy; it’s believed that her mother’s a chef and father an architect, but this hasn’t been confirmed by Ximena. She hasn’t spoken of having siblings, which is why she’s believed to have none.
Ximena started helping her mother around the kitchen when she was nine years old, and eventually became quite passionate about preparing food, choosing to pursue it as a career. She studied at a local high school and was into several activities during her teenage years, as she did gymnastics, played the guitar and took dance lessons.
Upon matriculating in 2001, Ximena enrolled at Argentine Institute of Gastronomy, from which she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2005.
Ximena’s career
Ximena worked in advertising upon graduation, but quit after a couple of years when invited to work as a chef at Hotel Vista Sol; she eventually began working at Restaurant of the Evita Museum, and then at Avant Catering.
Ximena hasn’t disclosed the name of the restaurant at which she’s working today, and seems to be mostly focused on building herself a fanbase on the internet.

Ximena’s mostly popular on YouTube for her cooking skills, and her fans seem to love her for sharing her unique recipes with them, but also for teaching them to prepare various other delicious dishes. Her #1 video “¡Galletas Oreo caseras!” has been watched more than 80,000 times since 12 June 2021, and features Ximena teaching her fans to make Galettes with Oreo biscuits; Ximena speaks Spanish in nearly all of her YouTube videos, as her English isn’t that good.
Her second most popular video “¡Pastafrola de dulce de leche! – SÚPER FÁCIL Y RICA” has been watched over 50,000 times since 5 February 2021, and features her preparing a cake together with her daughter.
Ximena’s #3 video “¡CALABAZA! – La mejor manera de cocinarla” had been viewed close to 20,000 times since 3 March 2020, and features Ximena teaching her fans to prepare Calabaza, which is a unique dish made from a special type of pumpkin.
Presence on social media networks
Ximena’s active on a number of popular social media networks, and although there’s an OnlyFans account with the same name as hers, it’s been revealed that it’s not our Ximena’s.
She’s followed by more than half a million people on Instagram, and has posted nearly 1,500 pictures and videos, with the majority of these being in one way or another related to food, while others show her spending time with her friends, dancing and driving her car.
Ximena doesn’t seem to be active on Twitter, but she’s still quite popular on this social media network as many people have mentioned her in their tweets.

She’s highly popular on Facebook, as close to 500,000 people are following her Facebook page ‘Ximena Saenz / Apuntes de Cocina’. Ximena tends to update the page at least once a week, and most of these are pictures and videos which feature her preparing or eating food or travelling with her friends and family.
Ximena isn’t active on TikTok, but many of her fans have shared short clips which they’ve cut from her YouTube videos, and most of these feature her preparing delicious foods; these have been watched more than 10 million times, making Ximena popular on the network even without having an account.
Love life and husband
Ximena avoids sharing the details of her love life on the internet, but it’s still known that she’s married. She and Argentinian businessman Martin Sabater exchanged vows in April 2017, after a five-year relationship; Martin’s probably known best for being a co-founder of both FoodBall Rotiseria and Sabater Hnos, as well as for founding the company B. Jabones. He’s been featured in some of Ximena’s YouTube videos, most often tasting the food which she’s made.
On 27 February 2018, Ximena gave birth to their daughter Neroli, and she can also be seen appearing in some of her YouTube videos.
Ximena’s yet to speak of other men whom she’s maybe dated, she’s married to Martin Sabater as of March 2023, and they have a daughter together.
