In addition to playing golf, Pressel also has several endorsement deals which have also improved her wealth.

Morgan Pressel Net Worth $10 Million

Morgan Pressel is a daughter of Mike Pressel and Kathy Krickstein Pressel and grew up in Florida, where she was educated at Banyan Creek Elementary School and then Omni Middle School. Morgan continued at the private Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton, from where she matriculated in 2006. After Morgan’s mother died in 2003, Pressel moved to live with her grandparents in Boca Raton, while her two siblings stayed with their father.

She had started playing golf in 2001, and became the youngest player to qualify for the US Women’s Open, a record which stood until 2007 when Lexi Thompson broke it. From 2001 to 2005, Pressel won 11 AJGA titles, including North and South Women’s Amateur Tour in 2004 and U.S. Women’s Amateur Tour in 2005, and she also made it into the Junior Solheim Cup Team in 2005.

Pressel became a professional in 2005, and entered the LPGA Qualifying Tournament in September, advancing to the final stage the following December. Although the LPGA doesn’t allow players to turn pro before the age of 18, they acknowledged Morgan’s appeal, but she still couldn’t play full time because of her obligations at school. However, Pressel fully focused on golf after her matriculation in May 2006, and became the youngest winner of a modern LPGA major at 18 years 313 days, when she recorded her first victory at the Kraft Nabisco Championship in 2007, a record which stood until 2015, when Lydia Ko won the Evian Championship at the age of 18 years, 4 months and 20 days. The victory at the Kraft Nabisco Championship saw Pressel move from 17th position to 4th place in the world rankings, while it also helped her to earn $300,000.

Pressel’s next LPGA Tour win came in October 2008 at the Kapalua LPGA Classic, when she defeated the Norwegian Suzann Pettersen in the final and earned $225,000. In 2012, Morgan came close to winning her third professional tournament, when she competed with Azahara Muñoz in the semi-finals and was two up, but a penalty prevented her from making the finals, so Muñoz went on to win the Sybase Match Play Championship. Most recently, Pressel finished in second place behind Lydia Ko at the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic in San Francisco in April 2015.

Regarding her personal life, Morgan Pressel married a senior vice president at Octagon Global Events, Andy Bush, in January 2013. Morgan is currently based in Boca Raton, Florida.
