Monica Samille Lewinsky was born on 23rd July, 1973 in San Francisco, California, USA of German, Russian, Lithuanian, Romanian and Jewish descent. She is a former White House intern, who rose to prominence as a participant in the Lewinsky political sex scandal, allegedly between the president of USA Bill Clinton and this employee of White House, Monica Lewinski in 1998. Subsequently, Monica became an international celebrity.

How rich is Lewinsky? It has been reported that currently Monica’s net worth is as high as $500,000. Estimations show that aside from other revenues, she received $1 million for an interview with Barbara Walters, which she apparently needed to cover living expenses and high legal bills.

Monica Lewinsky was raised in a very wealthy family in Beverly Hills and the Westside Brentwood area of Los Angeles. She was educated at the John Thomas Dye School in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills High School and Bel Air Prep also known as Pacific Hills School. Later, she studied at Santa Monica College and graduated with a degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College. Afterwards, she started working in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs.

As it turned out later, Monica and the president Bill Clinton had allegedly had an affair which lasted for two years (1995–1997). At first, both of them denied the relationship but later the evidence found included a blue dress that belonged to Lewinski with supposedly preserved Clinton’s semen stain. Discussions went on considering whether oral sex should be considered as sexual intercourse or not. Eventually Clinton admitted that he had inappropriate relationship with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Because of the scandal, Clinton became the second president in the history of USA against whom an impeachment was organised, but thanks to Democratic Party votes, the two- thirds majority for presidential removal was not collected as required by the Constitution of USA.

Suddenly, Monica Lewinski appeared in the spotlight. She was invited onto various shows including “20/20” on ABC, “Saturday Night Live” on NBC, “The Tom Green Show” on MTV and others. In cooperation with Andrew Morton she published a biography “Monica’s Story” (1999). The same year a line of handbags with Monica’s name was launched. In 2000, Monica participated in an endorsement deal with the Jenny Craig, Inc. diet company. In 2002, the documentary series “America Undercover” aired a special episode called “Monica in Black and White” (2000) in which Lewinsky answered all the questions about her life as well as the sex scandal. In 2003, she became the host of “Mr. Personality” the reality dating show broadcast on Fox Television. Finally, Monica got tired of all that and moved to London where she entered the London School of Economics to study social psychology. In 2006, she graduated with a Masters degree.

In 2014, Monica moved back to the USA, and published the essay “Shame and Survival” (2014) in Vanity Fair magazine. She gave an interview to the special program “The 90s: The Last Great Decade” broadcast on The National Geographic Channel. Over the last few years she has given public speeches against cyber-bullying.

Currently, Lewinsky claims to be single, and is apparently living with her mother.

it would be nice if she were to find a job or start a business that does not feature her name or bring her any personal notice whatsoever. staying out of the headlines on purpose is always an alternative to notoriety due to misbehavior with a married man in the public eye. she could just drop the subject and move onward. it’s always nice to work in the nonprofit sector anonymously. and there is always the alternative of meeting a nice man her own age and getting married and having children or adopting orphans if she cannot have her own. patty hearst had to live down a completely bizarre turn of events after her kidnapping that resulted in a great deal of negative publicity that was not her own fault to begin with. she has lived quietly and without bringing any attention to herself as a result of what she was involved in while in captivity. it is possible to redeem one’s reputation by being and doing good things for others in a spirit of charity and goodwill. just being a good and honest person says so much for a person. when we do something good for someone selflessly, it has a ripple effect of helping many others as well. just as much as ceasing to dwell on the bad that has happened to one and moving onward to achieve great things in the name of kindness and selflessness causes positive ripples in the universe that overcomes any negativity she caused or suffered at an earlier time. we all mature and have a chance to do some good in the world. working with the hospital ship or joining a nonprofit or starting one that benefits children, for instance, or the injured or crippled. she could have trained as a doctor, for instance, and still can. just a thought for her future.
