Beginning in 1999, Michael bought 30 acres of land, and started building his own biker bar. In no time, out of bricks and dirt became what is now known as Full Throttle Saloon, the largest biker bar in the world. Ten years after its inception, Michael made a deal for a reality TV series, which followed daily happenings at the bar during the biker season, which is most recognizable by the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, during which The Full Throttle Saloon guests more than 20,000 bikers each night. The first episode was aired on the 10th November 2009 on TruTV, and the first season had seven episodes.
