The brand new owner of Leonardo DiCaprio‘s Malibu house is anticipated to save $4 million. For its latest bargain, DiCaprio relisted the dwelling using a reducing price of $4.1 million, downsizing it $18.9 million from its first price of $23 million. The 8,700square – foot home, built-in 1927, has homes seven bedrooms, six toilets, floor – to – ceiling windows, two kitchens (one found within the guesthouse) and gym. Additionally, it boasts of high ceilings, open-floor plan leading outside to the outside living areas, rooftop terrace, veranda and deck, all are overlooking the shore. Nestled in the beachfront, the operator is ready to take delight in the view of the ocean. DiCaprio chose to market the house considers New York his new dwelling and as he rarely frequents the West-coast. He bought an ecofriendly penthouse in Battery Park and it is rumored to be purchasing another Manhattan property.
