The brand new owner of Leonardo DiCaprio‘s Malibu house is anticipated to save $4 million. For its latest bargain, DiCaprio relisted the dwelling using a reducing price of $4.1 million, downsizing it $18.9 million from its first price of $23 million. The 8,700square – foot home, built-in 1927, has homes seven bedrooms, six toilets, floor – to – ceiling windows, two kitchens (one found within the guesthouse) and gym.
