He then transferred to the University of Southern California, where he was named the most valuable player and was subsequently inducted into the Rose Bowl Hall of Fame in 2008. He spent his last year as a player at the Carolina Panthers, and in 2006, he became the first player in NFL history who scored a touchdown on Monday Night Football with four different teams.
