Who is Jordan Danger?

Jordan Danger was born as Jordan Danielle Hinson, in El Paso, Texas USA, on 4 June 1991 – her zodiac sign is Gemini, and she holds American nationality. She’s an actress and a producer, perhaps known best for her role of Zoe Carter, in the TV series “Eureka”.

Early life and education

Jordan grew up in Texas alongside her brother Shaun. She started acting in commercials when she was only six years old, and then went on to appear in local theatre productions. When she was 11, she moved to Los Angeles, California with her family, to pursue an acting career, and Jordan also started writing screenplays at the age of 15.

Jordan was homeschooled, and completed high school three years early. She was a very active child, and grew up participating in gymnastics. She hasn’t attended college, as her acting career took off during her teenage years.

Roles in movies

Jordan made her film debut in the 2004 short drama “Dumping Ground”, in which she played the leading role. In the following year, she played her breakthrough role as the aspiring figure skater Katelin, in the Disney Channel comedy drama “Go Figure”, directed by Francine McDougall. To prepare for the role, Jordan learned to ice skate, and was trained by the Olympic choreographer and Emmy winner, Sarah Kawahara.

In 2011, she appeared alongside Kal Penn and Neil Patrick Harris, in the holiday stoner comedy “A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas”, the sequel to the 2008 comedy “Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay”, set six years after the event of the original movie. Four years later, we saw her star in the thriller “Trigger Point”, written by J. B. White, directed by Phillippe Gagnon, and which also starred Yani Gelleman and Allie MacDonald.

In 2018, she played leading roles in six films, including the horror “Living Among Us”, sci-fi adventure “Higher Power” and the comedy drama “Breaking & Exiting”.

This year of 2021, we’re expecting to see Jordan star in the comedy she wrote, directed and produced, entitled “God Save the Queens”, centered on the lives of four drag queens from Los Angeles, which also stars Joaquim de Almeida, Zack Gottsagen and Kelly Mantle.

Roles in TV series

Jordan made her TV series debut in the science fiction comedy “Eureka”, created by Andrew Cosby and Jaime Paglia. The series aired on Sci-Fi Channel for Five seasons, between July 2006 and July 2012, and centered on the residents of the fictional town Eureka, California, who are mostly scientific geniuses working on new technological advancements.

Between 2009 and 2011, Jordan played the role of Maddie Pryor, in the short-lived sitcom “Hank”. In 2015, she starred in the romantic comedy series “Kevin from Work”, about a young man who confessed his love to a co-worker right before accepting another job, however, he ends up stuck with his crush, as his offer has been rescinded.

Her latest TV series appearance was in 2016, when she appeared in an episode of the sitcom “Life in Pieces”, created by Justin Adler, and which starred Colin Hanks, Betsy Brandt and Thomas Sadoski.

Since then, Jordan hasn’t starred in any TV shows, as she’s primarily focused on movies.

Other credits

Jordan made her directorial debut in 2018, when she directed the award-winning romantic comedy “California No”.

In the same year, Jordan wrote, directed and produced the comedy drama “Breaking & Exiting”, in which she also played the leading role, alongside Milo Gibson.

She is currently working on two more projects as a writer and producer, the short drama “Marmalade”, and the comedy “God Save the Queens”.

Love life and dating

Jordan is a very private person, and prefers not to talk about her love life publicly, thus not a lot is known about whom she might be dating.

In 2018 and 2019, her “California No” co-star, Adam Huber, shared several pictures featuring Jordan on his Instagram account. This sparked rumors about their relationship, which were never fully confirmed. However, the two haven’t been spotted together since late 2019, so it appears that they might have broken up, if they were dating at all.

Due to her avoidance of talking about her love life, some of her fans have been wondering if she might be gay, which she hasn’t confirmed or denied yet.

Jordan currently appears to be single, hasn’t been married and doesn’t have children.

Hobbies and interesting facts

Jordan legally changed her last name from Hinson to Danger in 2019. Although she hasn’t talked about her name change publicly, it’s speculated that she made the decision to make her name more memorable, and to somewhat distance herself from her old roles.

Jordan loves animals, and has four pet dogs, all of which she’s adopted from a local animal shelter. She also recently shared a picture of her pet turtle, called Cupcake.

She is a big fan of the sitcom “Seinfeld”, and has said that she’s seen every episode at least five times.

Jordan is very supportive of the LGBT community, and often attends local drag shows, where she’s met some of the reality TV series “RuPaul’s Drag Race” stars, as well as one of the show’s main judges, Michelle Visage.

She has said that her spirit animal is manatee (sea cow).

Jordan is 30 years old. She has short brown hair and brown eyes, is 5ft 4ins (1.63m) tall, and weighs around 150lbs (55kgs).

As of September 2021, her net worth is estimated at more than $300,000.
