James Christopher Frey, born on the 12th of September, 1969, is an American writer, producer and director, who became famous for his best-selling novels. He was surrounded with controversy when his memoir “A Million Little Pieces” was proved to be untrue.

Frey later on admitted that he did change some facts about his story. This caused lots of backlash for his reputation and his book.
After the controversy of his previous work Frey decided to move forward and continue writing. In 2008, he released a new book entitled “Bright Shiny Morning” which became a best-seller. He also wrote a book called “The Final Testament of the Holy Bible” where he shared his views about God.
Frey also ventured in writing fictional books. He worked with Nils Johnson-Shelton and together they wrote “Endgame: The Calling”.
