Sadler was raised in an upper middle class family, along with her five siblings. She attended Martinsville High and then enrolled in Indiana University, majoring in journalism. Prior to her graduation, she began working at WXIN, the Fox affiliate in Indianapolis, as the host the segment “Youth Matters” on a weekly basis. To further her career, she moved to California a year later. And was employed as an entertainment reporter for KBWB/KNTV in San Francisco, and also hosted a nightly lifestyle segment called “The Bay Beat”, including travelling to such as Los Angeles and New York to conduct celebrity interviews.
