She studied at a local high school, and was interested in numerous activities during her four years there, however, Denise was urged by her father to focus on her education.
Upon matriculating, she enrolled at Towson University, from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992; she was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority during her four years at Towson.

For reasons unknown, Denise prefers to keep the specific details of her career away from the media’s attention, but some things about it are still known. In 1993, she started working at Modern Medical Systems Company’s sales department, a job which she then held for the following seven years. In 2000, she joined The Home Depot Company as their flooring specialist, and between 2006 and 2008, Denise worked at Smith & Nephew Company.
She turned to real estate in 2010, and in the same year obtained her license; Denise then began working at Prudential Douglas Elliman Company, a job which she has been holding to this day.
Love life and marriage with Jordan Belfort
Denise has shared only a little about her love life, as she’s been staying away from the media’s attention since her and Jordan’s divorce.
The two were apparently introduced by a mutual friend in the first half of the ‘80s, and they married in 1985 in a private ceremony attended by only the closest of their friends and family members. The marriage lasted until 1991, when they divorced for unknown reasons; Denise and Jordan didn’t have children together.
Denise later married her long-term boyfriend Mlady, and it’s believed that they don’t have children together either.
Jordan also remarried; he exchanged vows with Nadine Caridi in 1991, and she gave birth to their two children, but they divorced in 2005 after Nadine had accused him of domestic violence.
As of January 2022, Denise’s married to her second husband Mlady, and doesn’t have children.
Hobbies and other interests
Denise is into travelling, and her career has apparently taken her to more than 20 US states, while she’s also vacationed and worked in Europe; her dream travel destination is Barcelona in Spain.
She likes to read books in her spare time – her favorite author is Agatha Christie, while her favorite books are “Murder on the Orient Express” and “Crooked House”.

Jordan Ross Belfort was born in The Bronx, New York City USA, on 9 July 1962 – his zodiac sign is Cancer, and he holds American nationality. He became notoriously popular worldwide after the 2013 biographical crime comedy movie “The Wolf of Wall Street”, depicting his life, was released. The film was directed by Martin Scorsese, based on Jordan’s eponymous memoir, and starred Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill and Margot Robbie; it won 37 of the 221 awards for which it was nominated, including five Oscar nominations.
Jordan was raised in Bayside, Queens alongside his brother Robert, by their father Max and their mother Leah who were both accountants.
When Jordan was around 16 years old, he and his friend Elliot Loewestern sold Italian Ice at the beach, and apparently made more than $20,000. Upon matriculating in 1980, he enrolled at American University, from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. Jordan then enrolled at University of Maryland’s School of Dentistry, but dropped out after the dean told him that there was no money in this profession.
Jordan then sold meat on Long Island as a door-to-door salesman, and according to him sold more than 5,000lbs (2,300kgs) of meat and fish every week. He was 25 years old when he filed for bankruptcy, and then started working as a trainee stockbroker at L. F. Rothschild; Jordan was fired in 1987, after the stock market crashed.
He then founded his own company, Stratton Oakmont, and used it as a boiler room to trick investors into buying and selling stocks. Jordan used the money he made to throw lavish parties, and he also began using various drugs, becoming addicted to methaqualone. From 1989 onward, the company was being investigated by the former National Association of Securities Dealers; when Stratton Oakmont was closed in December 1996, it numbered more than 1,000 employees, and had defrauded investors of over $1 billion.
In 1999, Jordan was convicted on charges of money laundering and securities fraud, and was sentenced to spend four years behind bars at the Taft Correctional Institution, however, he was released after a year and 10 months, and was ordered to pay back to investors more than $110 million.
Jordan had to pay 50 percent of all his income until he had returned the above mentioned amount, but only $10 million was paid back by 2013; he was then ordered to pay $10,000 per month for the rest of his life.
His book “The Wolf of Wall Street” was published in September 2007, and has since been translated into 18 languages; Jordan published his second book “Catching the Wolf of Wall Street: More Incredible True Stories of Fortunes, Schemes, Parties, and Prison” on 24 February 2009.
He has been working as a motivational speaker for more than a decade now.
