Who is Ashley Greene?
Ashley Michele Greene was born in Jacksonville, Florida USA, on 21 February 1987 – her zodiac sign is Pisces, and she holds American nationality. She’s an actress with close to 50 credits to her name, perhaps still known best for her portrayal of Alice Cullen in the 2008 romantic fantasy movie “Twilight”, directed by Catherine Hardwicke, and which starred Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Billy Burke. It follows Bella Swan who has moved to a small town, and has fallen in love with Edward Cullen without knowing that he’s a vampire; the movie won 32 of the 48 awards for which it was nominated. Ashley was raised in Jacksonville alongside her brother Joe Greene Jr., by their father Joe Greene Sr. who’s a former US Marine and the owner of his own small concreting business, and their mother Michele (nee Tatum) who was an insurance agent. Ashley was a highly active teenager, as she was involved in numerous activities, including playing various sports with her peers, such as soccer and tennis. She became interested in acting while attending University Christian School, and appeared in a couple of plays performed there; Ashley transferred to Wolfson High School when she was 16, and at the age of 17 moved to Los Angeles, California, wanting to pursue a career as an actress. She subsequently completed her GED tests in Los Angeles in 2005.

Ashley made her debut TV series appearance in a 2005 episode of the comedy “Punk’d”, and the following years saw her appear in an episode or two of various series, such as the mystery crime drama “Crossing Jordan”, the reality comedy “MADtv”, and the mystery crime drama “Shark”.In 2011 and 2012, Ashley played Amanda Mason in the historical romantic drama “Pan Am”, created by Nancy Hult Ganis and Jack Orman, starred Christina Ricci, Margot Robbie and Michael Mosley, and followed Pan Am pilots and flight attendants; the series was nominated for 13 awards, including three Primetime Emmys. The year 2011 saw her play Kaitlen Pickler in the comedy drama “Butter”, directed by Jim Field Smith, and which starred Jennifer Garner, Yara Shahidi and Ty Burrell. In March 2022, Ashley revealed that she was pregnant. She had dated various men prior to meeting Paul, and in only the year 2009, Ashley dated British actor Rafi Gavron, American actor and producer Adrian Grenier, and American actor and screenwriter Seth McFarlane. She was in a relationship with American singer-songwriter Joe Jonas in 2010 and 2011, and then with American actor and singer-songwriter Reeve Carney in 2011 and 2012. As of June 2022, Ashley’s married to Paul Khoury, and is expecting her first child, due in November.
Hobbies and interesting facts
Ashley began watching football with her brother and father at a very early age, and grew up being a fan of the Florida Gators; she has attended many live games with her family, and was also spotted in 2010 at a game played between the New York Giants and the Green Bay Packers.
Nude pictures of Ashley were leaked onto the internet in 2009, and her lawyers went on to sue several websites which had published them; in the following year, Ashley posed nude for a SoBe advertisement (in a bodypainted bikini). She’s a huge lover of animals, and supports the organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), which presented Ashley with an award in 2010, for having represented Avon’s ‘no testing on animals’ policy.
