Charlie relocated to Los Angeles, California, to begin his career, focusing on theatrical appearances during the early phases of his career, and playing at several theaters such as Moncton and Capital Theater. He made his film debut in 2014 in the Jean Beaudry-directed Czech movie entitled “The Outlaw League” – the original title of which was “La gang des hors-la-loi” – playing the role of Tiger. 2019 saw Charlie playing Surfer Hank in the Sam Sheridan-created and written TV series “I Am the Night.” Later that year, he appeared in the film, “The Rest of Us,’ which was directed by Aisling Chin-Yee and starred Heather Graham, Sophie Nelisse, and Jodi Balfour.
2020 saw Charlie playing D-Rat Ronnie in the thriller film “Runt,” directed by William Coakley, and which follows the story of a group of unsupervised and neglected high school students who later find themselves in an endless cycle of violence.
