“90 Day Fiancé” focuses on couples getting or having a K-1 spousal visa to meet, marry, live together, and sometimes have children. However, the show has aired since January 2014, and only some have experienced marital bliss for the first time. Many couples have relationships or marriages behind them and were parents before joining, and several TV specials and spin-offs have contributed to their number. Here’s a comprehensive list of “90-Day Fiancé” couples with children.

Paul and Karine Staehle

Paul and Karine Staehle appeared in the first season of “90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days” and spin-offs “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way” and “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” This Brazilian-American couple seemed to hit it off despite his quirks, such as wearing a condom while swimming so nothing goes up into his urethra.

However, they had several problems in later years, including Paul accusing Karine of trying to kill him and filing an for Emergency Protective Order in October 2020. Nonetheless, the couple had two children, Pierre Staehle, born on 22 March 2019, and Ethan Staehle, born on 5 February 2021. However, really serious issues began in December 2021, when they split due to alleged domestic violence, and Karine asked for a divorce.

Paul got custody of both sons afterwards, but in June 2022, after she accused him of attempted murder, the judge revoked custody from both parents. Since then, they have been fighting with the CPS (Child Protective Services), and living apart.

Loren and Alexei Brovarnik

Loren and Alexei Brovarnik were introduced in season three and married in 2015. They have two sons, Shai Josef born on 14 April 2020, and Asher Noah Brovarnik on 16 August 2021. After health problems with gestational diabetes, the couple welcomed daughter Ariel Raya Brovarnik on 6 September 2022.

Shai was especially enamored by his baby sister because he ran to kiss her and hold her arm after the couple arrived home. Consequently, due to high interest, TLC aired a “Loren and Alexei: After the 90 Days” special on 20 February 2023.

Paola and Russ Mayfield

Parents Russ and Paola Mayfield, featured in the first season in 2014, did not become parents immediately. After marrying in 2013 and enjoying marital bliss, terrible news struck; in late 2017 or early 2018, Paola had a miscarriage due to problems with her type-O negative blood, which was also Rh-negative,.

Shortly afterards, Paola’s second pregnancy went well, and they welcomed their first child, son Axel Mayfiel, on 1 January 2019, whose name they chose for sounding strong and easy to say in English and Spanish. In March 2022, the couple revealed their plan to adopt their second child.

Danny and Amy Frishmuth

Despite being featured in season two, Amy and Danny Fishmuth were among the first on-screen pairs to welcome a child. She gave birth to their son Jedidiah “Jed” in 2015, and her daughter Anna in 2017. Although his father was initially against their interracial marriage, they settled their differences, and the couple welcomed their third child, daughter Willow, in 2021.

Josh and Aleksandra Strobel

Josh and Aleksandra, née Iarovikova, Strobel, made their debut during season three and met under rare odds. She left her native Russia to attend the Metropolitan University Prague, while Josh came from his native Idaho state to the Czech Republic to do his Mormon mission.

Things progressed quickly; she gave birth to a daughter named Kaya in March 2016, then a son named JJ in 2019. The media mentioned JJ in the summer of 2022 as evidence that medical professionals weren’t always right. Doctors, including his father Josh, despite their son’s pain, did not take his leg injury seriously. Thankfully, Aleksandra’s persistence to get an X-ray image showed that JJ broke his tibia.

Emily Larina and Sasha Larin

Aleksandr “Sasha” Larin and Emily Larina were cast in season seven, and their son, David was born in an episode in 2019. Things turned sour in 2022, when she first suffered a miscarriage in February, then distanced herself from her husband.

Although they didn’t clarify why, Emily announced she left Russia in March 2022, where they wanted to live permanently as of 2021, and returned to the US with David without Sasha. However, things weren’t as they seemed; they didn’t split, and had a joy-filled family vacation in Albania that same March.

Robert Springs and Anny Francisco

“90 Day Fiancé” season seven stars Anny Francisco and Robert Springs wed in September 2019, when Robert already had five children from previous relationships. The couple welcomed their first biological child, daughter Brenda Aaliyah Spring, on 28 July 2020. They were excited when she was pregnant again and gave birth to a boy, Adriel Hassan Springs, on 7 September 2021.

Unfortunately, problems were evident immediately; the couple asked their fans for prayers while Adrian was in the hospital in November, the on 21 April 2022, Anny announced that their son had passed away due to heart problems.

Andrei Castravet and Elizabeth Castravet

Elizabeth “Libby” Potthast Castravet and her Moldovan husband Andrei debuted during the fifth season in 2017. They were memorable for his dominant, somewhat toxic behavior, and inability to find work and support the family. Luckily, they worked things out and welcomed their daughter, Eleanor “Ellie” Eleanor Louise Castrave, on 23 January 2019. Elizabeth announced her second pregnancy in March 2022 and gave birth to son Winston Leo Castravet on 4 October 2022.

Evelyn and Justin Halas

Justin and Evelyn Halas were introduced to the audience during the second season, and married in 2014. However, they waited to have children until April 2020, when she announced that all three pregnancy tests were positive.

The couple didn’t lose hope despite the COVID-19 pandemic being at its peak, and her biological disadvantage at age 35. On 1 September 2020, the couple announced that their son “Baby Halas,” was born, and journalists discovered he was named Nathan.

Aziza and Mike Eloshway

Aziza and Mike Eloshway, who appeared in the first season of the reality TV show, welcomed their only child, daughter Olivia Joan Eloshway, on 14 January 2019. Consequent social media updates showed Olivia basking in the sun, loving all summer activities, and enjoying autumn weather and pumpkin carving.

The couple got their bond on track and welcomed their first child, son Alex “Richie” Frend, in March 2018. In March four years later, they announced that Olga was pregnant again, and she gave birth to daughter Leila Frend in September 2022.

Mursel Mistanoglu and Anna-Marie Campisi

Anna and Mursel joined the “90 Day Fiancé” cast in the seventh season and welcomed their first child together, son Gokhan John, on 25 April 2022. Interestingly, Anna is a beekeeper and a business owner. She founded her honey-selling company, Beauty and the Bees Honey, in May 2015.

Moreover, the couple never hid that Anna had three sons, Leo, Gino, and Joey before marriage. Additionally, they explained that she couldn’t carry more children because of a cardiac ablation operation. Therefore, the couple underwent in vitro fertilization – IVF treatment, and documented the struggle in “90 Day Diaries” during the pandemic in 2021.

Ultimately, the couple chose surrogacy and found a Ukrainian woman, but the surrogacy was about eight months pregnant when Russia invaded Ukraine. Thus, to ensure the safety of everyone involved, they partnered with a nonprofit organization, Dynamo Project.

Kobe Blaise and Emily Bieberly

Kobe Blaise and Emily Bieberly were a rare couple who had a biological child before the show. The son of the Cameroonian-American couple who met in China, Koban Blaise, was born on 1 August 2019, slightly less than three years before the ninth season premiered.

Even more exciting was the news that the couple had another child, daughter Scarlett Ann, on 5 October 2021. However, the first episode of their season aired in April 2022, and viewers only found out about Scarlett close to the Tell All episode in August 2022.

They also commented on Kobe’s aggressiveness and Emily’s childish behavior and unusual act of purchasing herself a wedding ring, alongside a dress. She claimed it wasn’t because she doubted him or was a high-maintenance woman. Instead, Emily revealed ‘she knew what she wanted in a ring and wouldn’t settle for anything else.’ Her family, who financed the wedding and let them stay rent-free, sided with the viewers. They found it weird and assumed Kobe would get her a ring anyway, which actually happened several episodes later.

Despite not always displaying the harmony expected of a happy marriage, Guillermo and Kara were possibly the season nine fan-favorite couple. Both admitted to being smitten with each other from the moment they met in the Dominican Republic, where they both worked.

After marrying in the United States in July 2021, Kara gave birth to a son Nicolas Antonio in early December 2022. Consequently, the Venezuelan native rolled up his sleeves and worked two hospitality and sales jobs to support the family.

Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee

Deavan and Jihoon were another couple who did not enter the relationship alone; she had a five-year-old daughter Drascilla when they appeared in “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way” in 2019. Jihoon accepted her, and the couple moved on, mostly drama free, excluding cultural differences. However, after having a biological son, Taeyang Lee, in April 2019, they split in August 2020 after two years of marriage.

More bad news followed after she accused him of roughly tugging Drascilla’s hair in the past, and the joint announcement that Taeyang received a b-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia diagnosis in 2022. She moved on with a new boyfriend, Topher Park, and gave birth to “Baby Park” with an undisclosed name and gender on 2 November 2022. George’s marijuana business, illegal in California, eventually got him two and a half years in prison in 2018; he got out after a year and eight months.

The couple separated, and he moved on, having lost 133lbs or 60kgs in prison, before dating Rhoda Blua. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Zara, on 7 April 2021, then son George Nava on 22 March 2022, before tying the knot in Las Vegas, Nevada, a few months later, on 31 July.
