Who is Tina Caspary?

Tina was born under the zodiac sign of Capricorn on 28 December 1970, in Downey, California USA; she holds American nationality and her ethnicity is Caucasian. In 1987, she portrayed Jamie in two times Primetime Emmy awarded “Growing Pains”, a comedy family drama created by Neal Marlens, and then she was cast to play Kelly Bundy in the pilot episode of the series “Married…with Children”, however, the role was later assigned to Christine Applegate, and she starred alongside Ed O’Neil in this comedy drama about an unsuccessful middle-aged man and his dysfunctional family; the series had 29 award nominations, including seven for Primetime Emmy, and won seven.

In the following years, Tina made an appearance in the series’ “Day by Day”, and “Valley of the Dolls” in 1994, which was her last role on television.

Tina made her debut as Dancer in the 1982 movie “Annie”, starring Aileen Quinn, Carol Burnett and Albert Finney; this family comedy drama had 13 award nominations, including two for Oscars- Best Art Direction-Set Decoration, and Best Music, Original Song Score, and Its Adaptation or Best Adaptation Score, and won two.

Four years later, Tina was cast to play Gretchen Kent in the movie “News at Eleven”, alongside Martin Sheen, Barbara Babcock and Peter Riegert, and for her performance Tina was nominated for Young Artist Award Exceptional Young Actress Starring in a Television Special or Movie of the Week in 1986, followed by her portrayal of Mary Beth in “Combat High”.

In the 1987 movie “Can’t Buy Me Love”, Tina acted alongside Patrick Dempsey, Amanda Peterson and Courtney Gains in this romantic comedy drama, about a high school boy who’s tired of being a nerd, so he pays one of the most popular girls in school to pretend to be his girlfriend for a month.

In the following years, she made an appearance in the TV movie “Totally Minnie”, before she portrayed Courtney in “Mac and Me” starring alongside Jonathan Ward and Christine Ebersole; the movie had six award nominations and won two, while Tina was nominated for the Young Artist Award Best Young Actress in a Motion Picture Comedy or Fantasy, in 1989.

Tina had a support role in the romantic comedy “Teen Witch”, before she was cast to play Jennifer Shaber in the 1989 movie “My Mom’s a Werewolf”, starring alongside John Saxson and Susan Blakely in this comedy horror, which was her last role in a movie.
