Christopher Serrone was born on 15 September 1976 in Queens, New York City, USA. Of Italian ancestry on his father’s side and Colombian on his mother’s side, he is the son of Anthony Serrone, an engineer, and his wife Cathy, a former bookkeeper.
He went to Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Art, after which he enrolled at Queens College, but didn’t graduate.

Christopher was handpicked out of thousands to portray the infamous New York mobster-turned-FBI-informant Henry Hill in the Academy-Award winning biography crime-drama film “Goodfellas”, starring Robert De Niro, Ray Liotta, and Joe Pesci.

Ray Liotta played the older version of his character – the remarkable actor was selected a few months after Christopher. As Liotta’s eyes are blue, Christopher had to be fitted with contacts that had been hand-painted in Italy to be a replica of Liotta’s blue eyes; each lens costs $3,000.
His performance impressed many of Hollywood’s great names of the time, but sadly, the young star failed to capitalize on his big break, although he was just 14.
Conversely, Christopher started having problems in his personal life, caused by his success as Young Henry Hill. Boys from his neighborhood would start fights with him just because he was a mobster in the film, and they weren’t. This continued to happen throughout his elementary and high school years, and as he stated, he was in more than 100 fights. He started taking taekwondo and boxing training, as he needed to learn how to defend himself from constant attacks by his peers and older boys from school and neighborhood.
As a result, he stayed away from Hollywood circles for a better part of his adult life until recently and worked as a waiter in Los Angeles. This helped him pay the bills and support his acting classes, before he returned to acting in the early 2010s.

Christopher still gets recognized as young Henry, but doesn’t receive negative attention these daysand is praised for his work.
As things dimmed down, Christopher returned to acting.
His first appearance since his teenage years was in 2011 as Captain McRoberts in the historical action-drama film “Pathfinder: In the Company of Strangers”, co-starring Michael Conner Humphreys and Philip De Lorenzo. Christopher portrayed Nicholas in the biopic “A Strong Collected Spirit” three years later, starring Maria Angelica, Brian Alevis, and Ron Alston.
His next role was as Jimmy the Dealer in the comedy film “The Families Feud” (2021), with Federico Castelluccio and Al Sapienza in the lead roles. Christopher is now working on several projects, including the TV series “Unmakeable”, which is now in pre-production and is still awaiting the premiere.
