Who is Jesse Posey?

American actor and screenwriter Jesse Posey was born under the zodiac sign Scorpio on 3 November 1994, in Santa Clarita, California USA. He has 21 acting credits and is perhaps known best for playing Raymond Delgado in the 2023 action fantasy “Teen Wolf: The Movie”, directed by Russell Mulcahy, and which starred Tyler Posey, Holland Roden and Crystal Reed. It follows Werewolf Scott McCall as he’s gathering friends to stand against an army of wolves, and the film was nominated for an MTV Movie Award for Best Kick-Ass Cast.

Jesse’s also known for being the younger brother of Tyler Posey, a famous American actor who’s appeared in 50 movies and TV series, and is probably known best for starring as Scott McCall in all 100 episodes of the action fantasy series “Teen Wolf” from 2011 through 2017.

Jesse was raised in Santa Clarita alongside his brothers Tyler and Derek, by their father John Sanford Posey who’s an American actor, and mother Cyndi Terese Garcia who prefers to stay away from media, and whose profession thus remains undisclosed.

Jesse and his family moved to Los Angeles, California not long after Jesse completed his elementary education in 2008, and he went on to study at HART High School, where he was mostly into sports, and was a member of the school’s baseball team.

Jesse matriculated in 2012 and then enrolled at Hancock College, prior to transferring to the College of the Canyons, from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2016.

In 2018, he reprised his role as Omari in the short comedy “The C-quel”, starring alongside Shaun J. In 2020, Jesse played Danny the Cashier in the episode “MotherF*cker” of the mini-series “Connected”, and in 2020 and 2021, he played Chris Perez in the biographical musical “Selena: The Series”, created by Moises Zamora, and which starred Christian Serratos, Gabriel Chavarria and Ricardo Chavira. It follows the life and death of famous Tejano singer Selena, and the series won one of its 14 award nominations.

Jesse’s appeared in only two other TV series, playing Navy Lieutenant Emmanuel Vela in the 2022 episode “All Hands” of the crime action “NCIS” and Firefighter James in the 2023 episode “Even Better Than the Real Thing” of the romantic action “Station 19”.

Jesse wrote the 2020 short movie “Five North’s This Mess”.

He voiced Nathan Prescott in the 2017 video game “Life Is Strange: Before the Storm” and its 2021 sequel “Life Is Strange: True Colors”.
