Lymari Nadal is a Puerto Rican actress, scriptwriter and producer, who has appeared in the TV mini-series “Battlestar Galactica” (2003), and the film “American Gangster” (2007), among several other projects.

However, she is probably best known to the world as the wife of the Academy Award-nominated actor Edward James Olmos.

Lymari Nadal Torres was born on 11 February 1978 under the Aquarius zodiac sign, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She continued her career by starring in Lance McDaniel’s action thriller-drama film “Light from the Darkroom”, alongside Patricia De Leon and Steven Michael Quezada, and then co-starred in the thriller-drama film “The Blackout”, with Abraham Benrubi, Joseph D. Reitman and Costas Mandylor as the main stars.

Her latest on-screen appearance was in the action-adventure film “Kreep”, written and directed by Brett Bentman and starring Lymari next to Charles Baker and Judd Nelson.

Edward James Olmos was born on 24 February 1947 in East Los Angeles, California, USA. He is the son of Pedro Olmos and his wife, Eleanor of Mexican ancestry; his parents divorced when he was just seven years old, and he was raised primarily by his great-grandparents.

After matriculating from Montebello High School, he attended classes at East Los Angeles College, during which time Edward was the lead singer of the band Pacific Ocean – their only record, Purgatory, failed to make an impact on the music scene.

Before Lymari, he had two marriages behind him. His first wife was Kaija Keel, the daughter of actor Howard Keel, from 1971 until 1992. They had two children, Bodie and Mico.

His second marriage was to actress Lorraine Bracco from 1994 until 2002. While married to Bracco, he adopted four children, Michael, Brandon, Tamiko, and Daniela.
