Moore made his TV debut aged 19 in 2016, in an episode of the hit police procedural mystery TV series “Criminal Mind,” and had the opportunity to work with experienced actors such as Shemar Moore, A.J. Cook, and Matthew Gray Gubler. The show was created by Jeff Davis and ran for 15 seasons on CBS and AXN from 2005 to 2020, and was among the most-watched projects on the channels – it spawned several spin-offs including “Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior,” a South Korean adaptation, and even a video game. In the same year, he played David, an apprentice struggling to pass in class in the episode “Help Wanted” of Jack Burditt’s ABC sitcom “Last Man Standing.”

Moore played several diverse roles in 2017 – they ranged from the streetwise and outgoing friend in Ben Ketai’s Golden Reel Award-nominated Crackle crime drama show “StartUp” to the eccentric mama’s boy in Amani Walker’s police drama TV show, “Rebel,” which aired on BET. From 2018 – 2021, Spence landed the lead role of Dan Decker in the NBC and Peacock comedy “A.P. Bio”,  appearing alongside Glenn Howerton, Lyric Lewis and Mary Sohn. The show aired for four seasons, and received a Hollywood Critics Association (HCA) Television Award nomination in 2021. His next big role was as Chris Jackson in 25 episodes of April Blair’s sports drama “All American.” The show, which premiered on The CW on 10 October 2018, follows the story of the famed American football linebacker, Spencer Paysinger, and starred Daniel Ezra, Michael Evans and Samantha Logan. He also Spence next starred as Eric Harper in the Facebook Watch teen drama “Five Points”, and then

starred together with Jack Dylan Grazer, Beatrice Barichella and Jordan Kristine in the Sky Atlantic and HBO miniseries “We Are Who We Are” in 2020. He recently played Bruce Williams in five episodes of the Peabody Award-nominated comedy “The Wonder Years” in 2021 and 2022, and will share the screen with Kevin Hart, Wesley Snipes, and Tiffany Haddish in the upcoming comedy “Back on the Strip”, as well as appearing in the sports drama “Creed III.”
