Anthony Devon Griffin was born in Long Beach, California USA on 29 August 1994 – his zodiac sign is Virgo, and he holds American nationality. He’s a YouTuber and a social media star, who’s perhaps known best for his YouTube channel LongBeachGriffy which he launched on 7 June 2017, and which is today subscribed to by close to 3.5 million people. Early life and education
LongBeachGriffy was raised in Long Beach by his parents, about whom nothing’s known, as they prefer to be left out of media, but his mother’s believed to be a real estate agent, while his father’s said to be a pharmacist.
LongBeachGriffy became interested in playing video games at a very early age, and received a PlayStation 1 console for his eight birthday. He played various games, including “Metal Gear Solid” and “Crash Team Racing”, and it was only after he enrolled at a local high school that he became interested in comedy and acting.
LongBeachGriffy was a member of his school’s drama club, and appeared in various plays performed there; he was also into sports, and played basketball for his school’s team.
Upon matriculating in 2012, he enrolled at college, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2016; he then moved to Atlanta in Georgia, where he’s still residing today.

LongBeachGriffy is mostly known for his comedy videos, and we’re about to mention three of his most popular YouTube videos, which have helped him gain numerous subscribers.
His #1 video “If movie villains didn’t waste time” has been watched more than 16 million times since 17 February 2019, and features LongBeachGriffy as he’s showing what villains would do, if they weren’t doing what they usually do.
His second most popular video “When you turn in your suicide note instead of the essay” has been viewed more than 12 million times since 26 September 2017; not everybody is supportive of this video, and YouTube has flagged it as ‘inappropriate or offensive to some audiences’. Nevertheless, there are still numerous people who love it, although a fan has written in the comment section that LongBeachGriffy is risking his YouTube channel every day.
His third most popular video – “Buying condoms as a teenager VS. as an adult” – has attracted close to 10 million views since 27 July 2019; the title’s quite self-explanatory.

LongBeachGriffy is active on Instagram, and is today followed by over 800,000 people, while he has uploaded more than 800 pictures, most of which have been taken during his everyday life. He had launched his Instagram account before his YouTube channel, and was already quite popular on Instagram by the time he became active on the latter, uploading his short comedy sketches. So upon transitioning to YouTube, he already had numerous people who were ready to become his subscribers.

LongBeachGriffy launched his Twitter account in May 2012, and it’s today followed by more than 200,000 people, while he’s tweeted over 13,000 times, mostly comedy content, but occasionally also writing about his personal life. He’s a Facebook star, as he’s followed by over 1.5 million fans, and tends to update his account at least once a week; the content is similar to his Instagram content.
He’s also a TikTok star, having amassed close to 500,000 followers, and over 4.2 million likes of all his videos combined; LongBeachGriffy’s videos usually feature him telling jokes, while he also sometimes lip syncs and dances for his fans.
Love life and girlfriend
LongBeachGriffy is highly secretive when it comes to his love life, but has still allowed his fans to have a glimpse into it. He’s uploaded a picture of a woman onto his Twitter account, and captioned it ‘Going to tell my kids this woman is my wife’. It has been speculated about whether she’s his girlfriend, or has already become his wife, as he hasn’t been clear on this. It’s known that she gave birth to their son Ayden on 22 January 2021, and LongBeachGriffy has also featured his boy in some of his Instagram pictures.
He hasn’t spoken of any other women whom he has perhaps been with, but there are rumors circulating the internet claiming that LongBeachGriffy was in a long-term relationship with his college sweetheart, which according to these rumors lasted for four years before the two broke up for unknown reasons.
As of September 2021, LongBeachGriffy might be married, and has a son.
Hobbies and other interests
LongBeachGriffy is physically highly active, as he has multiple training sessions at the gym every week, and he also occasionally plays football and basketball with his friends.
He likes to watch stand-up comedians perform, and his two favorites are the late Robin Williams, and Jim Carrey.
LongBeachGriffy is into travelling, and has been to various US states for both work and pleasure. He apparently hasn’t been to Europe, but is planning to as soon as the coronavirus pandemic allows.
