Neha Kapur was born on 31 March 1984 under the Aries zodiac sign, in New Delhi, India. The only daughter in a mixed Bihar-Punjab family, she spent her childhood in India’s capital city with her two brothers. Her early education is unknown, though she fell in love with dancing at an early age, and joined a dancing studio in India at the age of eight. She is now prolific in some of the most popular classic India dances, including Bharatanatyam, which she trained for over four years, while she trained in Kathak for eight years.

Interested in fashion and modeling since her early years, Neha signed with Elite Model Management in April 2003. She has worked with several fashion brands since then, establishing herself as a catwalk model in India. She wanted to further her influence, and in 2006 she entered the Femina Miss India Universe pageant. She was named the winner of the competition, and in addition to being crowned the most beautiful woman in India of the year, she also won the Miss Fresh Face and Miss Photogenic awards in the same pageant.
As a winner of the Femina Miss India Universe, she was automatically granted the chance to compete for India at the Muss Universe 2006 pageant. The competition was held on 23 July in Los Angeles, and though she didn’t win the title, Neha entered the semifinals and ended the competition in 17th place – the winner being Zuleyka Rivera of Puerto Rico. Neha and Kunal met in now-distant 2008, at a party through a mutual friend. She was stunned by his fashion sense and overall looks, and despite being taller than him, started a romance. After three years of dating, the couple married on 22 December 2011 in a traditional Punjabi wedding that lasted for six days. Kunal arrived on a white horse as is an Indian tradition, while there were around a thousand guests, and a lot of food. The two now reside in Los Angeles, California in a 1948 Spanish Hacienda, with modern décor mixed with an Indian influence. They don’t have children.

Kunal Nayyar was born on 30 April 1981, in Hammersmith, London, England to Indian immigrants. The family returned to India when he was just three years old, and he spent his childhood in New Delhi. Kunal went to St. Columbia’s School, which is one of the 12,000 English medium schools established by the Indian Province of the Congregation of Christian Brothers. After high school, he moved to the US where he enrolled at the University of Portland.
He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, and during his university years, Kunal started taking acting classes, and appeared in several school plays. After obtaining his degree in finance, Kunal turned to acting, and attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from which he obtained a Master of Fine Arts in acting.
