Early life and education

Jacqueline was raised in Los Angeles by her parents Albert and Angie Obradors, who came to the USA from Argentina not long before she was born. Her father was the owner of an office cleaning company, and her mother was a church worker. Because Jacqueline hasn’t mentioned having any siblings, most people believe that she’s an only child.

She became interested in acting while attending a local high school; Jacqueline was a member of its drama club, and appeared in plays performed both at the school, and at a local theatre. She matriculated in 1984, and spent the following eight years working various jobs, including being a cashier at Hughes Market, prior to launching her acting career with her portrayal of Tanya in the 1992 episode “Jerry’s Journey” of the fantasy comedy series “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose”.
