Who is Jaclyn Glenn?
Jaclyn Noel Frank (née Glenn) was born in Tampa, Florida USA on 25 March 1988 – her zodiac sign is Aries, and she holds American nationality. She’s a YouTuber and a social media star, known best for expressing her anti-religious views on her self-titled YouTube channel.
Early life and education
Jaclyn was born to Alida Bostic Glenn and Steve Hornbread. She comes from a devout Catholic Christian family, was a Christian as well and went to a religious school, but her opinions on religion started to change after her mother wasn’t allowed to receive communion following her divorce from Jaclyn’s father.
In 2010, Jaclyn graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences, and later enrolled at a medical school, with the intention of becoming a primary care physician.

YouTube channel
Jaclyn launched her self-titled YouTube channel on 23 March 2011, uploading her first video, entitled “My First YouTube Video =)” the following day; Jaclyn was still a practicing Christian, and her videos reflected her views at the time. She was also a vegetarian, and mainly uploaded videos about her journey to adopting a vegetarian diet, and shared reasons why other people should follow though.
As of 2012, Jaclyn’s religious views started to change, and in a YouTube video from August the same year, entitled “5 Reasons I Hate Religion”, she elaborated that she had become an agnostic.
Since then, she’s mainly written content which is critical of Christianity and the Republican Party. In the recent years, she has also been producing reaction type videos about other content creators, along with political and religious commentary.
Through her YouTube channel, Jaclyn has had sponsorships from numerous brands, including NordVPN, Skillshare and Adam & Eve.

TV appearances
As her popularity on YouTube grew, Jaclyn made her breakthrough on TV as well. In 2013, she appeared as a contestant in the MTV reality game show “The Hook Up”, hosted by the stand-up comedian Andrew Schultz. In the same year, she also appeared in an episode of the reality TV show “The Millionaire Matchmaker”, which helps millionaires find the partner of their dreams.
Four years later, Jaclyn launched her own series, entitled “The Skeptic’s Guide to Wellness”, which consisted of five episodes in which she explored various alternative methods for achieving peace of mind, such as hypnosis, witchcraft and cryotherapy.
Controversies
In 2015, Glenn was faced with accusations of plagiarism. She was first called out for a video she made about Kim Davis, in which she quoted the YouTuber Theoretical Bullshit verbatim, using his words as her own. In another video, she read comments from her fans on Facebook, without giving credit. After many other YouTubers condemned her actions, Jaclyn has apologized, and promised to do better in the future.
In 2020, she was in an online feud with the fellow YouTuber Morgan Ollies, after accusing her husband of abuse. Morgan later made a video stating that she is not being abused by her husband, while Jaclyn responded by saying that the video made her all the more concerned for Morgan. They settled their disagreement by meeting up in person, and now appear to be on friendly terms.
In recent years, Jaclyn has repeatedly stated her concern for the wellbeing of Eugenia Cooney, a social media star who suffers from severe eating disorders. The situation culminated in 2019, when Jaclyn staged an intervention which resulted in Eugenia being sent to a rehabilitation facility. With the help of her friends, Jaclyn arranged a visit to an escape room with Eugenia, which was actually a front for getting her into a psych ward.
While Jaclyn thought she was offering a helping hand to her friend, Eugenia saw the situation as an act of cruelty, and her fans began attacking Jaclyn, stating that she had no right to force Eugenia into rehab. Eugenia has since referred to people who expressed concern about her being underweight and unhealthy as ‘bullies’, which prompted Jaclyn to make a video sharing her side of the story, clarifying that she only had her friend’s best interest at heart. She has also since called for Eugenia to be banned from YouTube, as she viewed her activity on the platform as an unhealthy influence on both her and her fans.

Jaclyn was previously married to an unnamed high school teacher from 2010 to 2013, citing his infidelity and unsupportiveness of her career as the reason for their divorce. She then moved to Los Angeles, California, and started dating the fellow YouTuber DaveDays, for about two years, before dating the social media star Toby Turner.
In 2016 and 2017, she was in a relationship with Richie Giese of the YouTube channel Social Response; Jaclyn announced their break-up on 3 November 2017, accusing Richie of cheating on her.
Since October 2020, she has been married to the musician David Michael Frank. They started dating in 2018, and in spring 2019, she and David began collaborating on her vlog channel, renaming it to Jacklyn & David, and also launched the “Unfiltered Love” podcast, which ended in January 2020.
After marrying David, Jaclyn legally changed her last name to Frank, while keeping her old social media handles, and they soon bought a house together in Nashville, Tennessee. On 3 May 2021, the two announced that Jaclyn was pregnant, revealing the baby’s gender on 4 June. She gave birth to their son Ashton on 25 August 2021, and soon launched his own Instagram account.
