Who is Christine Chiu?
Taiwanese-American model, producer, reality TV star and social media personality Christine Alexandra Chiu, was born in Taiwan on 14 December 1982, making Sagittarius her zodiac sign. She’s perhaps known best for two things: being the wife of Chinese-American plastic surgeon and philanthropist Gabriel Ham Chang Chiu Jr, and for having produced eight episodes of the reality show “Bling Empire” – Christine’s also been starring in the show since 2021, alongside Kelly Mi Li and Kevin Kreider, and it follows the lives of wealthy Asian women who are living in Los Angeles, California USA.
Education and early life
Christine was raised by her mother and father about whom she rarely speaks in public, but it’s known that her mother died sometime in the last decade, and that Christine no longer speaks to her father. She hasn’t mentioned having siblings, and is thus believed to be an only child.
She enrolled at an elementary school in Taiwan, however, the family moved to California when Christine was seven, and she continued her education there. She studied at a local high school, and was into several activities as a teenager, as she took dance lessons, played volleyball and practiced acting.
Upon matriculating in 2001, Christine enrolled at Pepperdine College, from which she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2005.
Christine’s career
Christine’s the founder and owner of the company Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery, and her husband Gabriel was her first employee.
She’s also become a reality TV star thanks to the company’s success, making her debut appearance in a 2011 episode of the hit show “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, which has been airing since 2010, and today stars Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof and Kyle Richards. It follows the lives of some of the most affluent women from Beverly Hills, and the show’s won one of its four award nominations.

It was only 10 years later that Christine returned to TV, appearing in an episode of the talk-show “The Netflix Afterparty”, which stars David Spade, Fortune Feimster and London Hughes, and follows the trio interviewing the creators and stars of popular Netflix series and movies. Also in 2021, Christine appeared in an episode of the talk-show “The Kelly Clarkson Show”, the TV special “MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted”, and the talk-show “Good Morning America”.
The year 2021 also saw her compete in the hit comedy game-show “Celebrity Family Feud”, which stars Steve Harvey, and follows two teams of celebrities as they’re trying to guess the top 10 answers which 100 people gave to the same question; the show’s been airing since 2008 and has won two of its six award nominations. Christine then appeared in the talk-show “Entertainment Tonight”, competed in the game-show “Dancing with the Stars”, and served as a guest judge in an episode of the reality competition show “RuPaul’s Drag Race”.
The year 2022 saw her appear in an episode of various talk-shows, including “The Real”, “Tamron Hall” and “GMA3: What You Need to Know”; she also served as a presenter for the TV specials “Critics Choice REAL TV Awards” and “The 2022 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards”.
Most recently, in early 2023, Christine appeared in an episode of the reality show “Bling Empire: New York”.

Christine’s active on various social media networks, and is an Instagram star; she’s followed by close to 1.5 million people, and has posted nearly 2,000 pictures and videos, with most of these featuring her showing off her dresses.

She launched her Twitter account ‘Christine Chiu & Gabriel Chiu’ in June 2011, and has since tweeted nearly 5,000 times – close to 5,000 people are today following Christine, and most of her tweets are about fashion and philanthropy.
Although active on Facebook, Christine seems to be using the social media network only to stay in touch with her closest friends.
She’s steadily becoming popular on TikTok, as there are today close to 30,000 people following her on this social media network, while she’s amassed over 360,000 likes of all her videos combined, with most of these featuring her showing off her clothes.
Love life and marriage with Gabriel Chiu
Christine met Gabriel when she hired him to work at her plastic surgery company; the two were in a relationship for three years prior to exchanging vows in a large ceremony in 2006, attended by numerous of their friends and family members, including many celebrities.
They initially wanted to focus on their careers rather than to have children straight away, however, when they decided to have children, they faced problems conceiving. Christine gave birth to their son Gabriel Chiu III aka Baby G through in vitro fertilization (IVF) on 29 June 2018.
Neither Christine nor Gabriel have spoken of other people whom they’ve perhaps been with, Christine’s married to Gabriel Chiu as of March 2023, and they have a son together.

Christine’s passionate about fashion, especially dresses; it’s believed that she has an entire room only for her collection of dresses, but this is yet to be addressed by her.
Her husband Gabriel’s believed to be a direct descendant of the Song dynasty emperors, who ruled in China from 960 through 1279.
Christine’s a huge dog-lover, and often features her pet dog in her Instagram pictures and videos.
She and Gabriel are both passionate about travelling, and have been all around the world; they travel back home to China and Taiwan at least once a year, as they prefer to stay close to their roots.
