Angela Deem captured the viewers’ attention with her interracial relationship in the dating and marriage TV show “90 Day Fiancé.” People were fascinated by the distance she and Michael Ilesanmi had to conquer, especially since they met via social media, and would only see each other in person at the end of the season. Michael and Angela’s marriage went downhill during the seventh season of “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Nearly three years into their marriage, in October 2022, Angela revealed that Michael reactivated his Instagram, which wouldn’t be a problem if he didn’t plan on becoming an influencer, and that his DMs weren’t chock full of women looking for attention, drama, or perhaps love.

This upset Angela, as she said, ‘His feed and comments are filled with women, and who knows what happens in his DMs. You wouldn’t trust your husband if he were flirting with other women on social media.’ Moreover, she admitted that he was calling her less frequently, and when he did, he only wanted to discuss his visa situation, or ask for money.
For her, the straw that broke the camel’s back was when he blocked her on Instagram to prevent her from seeing ‘the shady stuff he’s doing’ and contacting him. However, things ended with him having the means to cheat, not that he did, although viewers could sense Angela knew something.

Angela’s friend was both the saving grace and the cause of turmoil when they sent proof in December 2022 that Michael had been cheating on her with an unidentified 31-year-old woman via Instagram. Through tears during the Tell-All special, Angela explained that he started talking to a girl while she was in Nigeria with him. Proof of cheating devastated her, but she didn’t divorce Michael
Michael’s voice notes to the woman shattered Angela emotionally, as they confirmed that he’d never stopped talking to her.
