Early life and education
Eden was raised by a single school-teacher mother in Los Angeles, alongside her two brothers.
Eden was into acting from an early age – she was eight years old when she started performing in school plays, and singing in the school choir.
She attended a private high school, and upon matriculating in 2009, she didn’t enroll a college but pursued her acting career.
Roles in series
Eden made her first appearance on television in 2006, portraying Gretchen in the series “Weeds”, which had 99 award nominations and won 15, including two Primetime Emmys; Eden was nominated for Screen Actors Guild Award Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series, which she shares with the other actors from the series.
In the series “Sons & Daughters”, Eden was cast to play Carrie Fenton, followed by her appearances in several other series, such as “The Middleman”, “Pair of Kings”, ”Scotch Moses” “Sing It!”, and “Robot Chicken” among others, before she portrayed Sue Heck in “The Middle”.
It was reported that a spin-off from the series “Middle” entitled “Sue”, with Eden in the lead role was to be filmed, however, in 2018 it was announced by American Broadcasting Company (ABC) that they gave up filming the series focused on the character of Sue Heck.

Roles in movies
Eden made her debut in the 2001 short movie “Stuck”, portraying Caterpillar Girl, followed by her roles as Penny in “Veronica Mars” and as Amy in “Temps”, before she was cast to play Mindy Lipschitz in the 2017 movie “The Outcast”, starring alongside Ashley Rickards and Victoria Justice in this comedy drama directed by Peter Hutchings.
In the following years, she portrayed Beth in the Netflix movie “Step Sisters” starring alongside Lyndon Smith and Megalyn Echikunwoke, and her most recent role is in the movie “The Heart”, which is in post-production, and scheduled for release in 2022.
Love life and marriage
There were various speculations about Eden’s love life, however, she hasn’t spoken about any man whom she has been with, except her husband Nick Cron De Vico, a screenwriter, perhaps known best for his work for the series “Robot Chicken”; the two met on the set of the series in 2017.
After a year of dating, Nick proposed to Eden, and she announced their engagement in March 2019; the two married on 12 July 2020, and in June 2021, Eden shared the news about her pregnancy, announcing that they will become parents of twins.
As of November 2021, Eden is married and has become a mother of two adorable babies, whose genders she hasn’t revealed, but shared a post on her Instagram with the description ‘family’, featuring her husband, herself and their babies with a purple and blue sticker over the babies’ faces.

Besides her acting career, Eden is a writer, she published her first book “The Emotionary: A Dictionary of Words That Don’t Exist for Feelings That Do” in October 2017, which can be bought online on amazon.com. Eden spoke about her book as an ironic reminder collected from her own communication strains and social anxiety, as she wanted to share this with the young people who would feel the same.
In her spare time she likes to read – her favorite writer is Aditi Khorana and her books “Mirror in the Sky” “The Library of Fates”, and “Liferaft (Horizon, Book 5); Eden also likes to read George Orwell, and her favorite is “A Clergyman’s Daughter”.
Watching movies is also one of Eden’s favorite hobbies, especially starring her favorite actor Robin Williams, such as “Patch Adams” and “Good Will Hunting”; her favorite actress is Melissa McCarthy and she likes her movies “Brides Maids”, “Tammy”, and “Life of a Party”, among others.
