Christiana Barkley is an American sales assistant and journalist, but who is perhaps better known for being the only child of the retired professional basketball player and TNT TV analyst, Charles Wade Barkley, a.k.a. Sir Charles.

Christiana is of American nationality, born in New York City in December 1989 – her exact date of birth is unknown – which makes her 33 years old as of 2022. Christiana is a married woman. She reportedly met her future husband, Ilya Hoffman, who is the founder of the New York-based marketing technology company, DemandByte, at a bar in 2017 while they were watching a basketball game. The duo eventually exchanged vows in a ceremony attended by around 120 people on 20 March 2021. The wedding took place in Andaz Scottsdale Resort and Bungalows, Arizona, where her parents live. Hoffman is Jewish and their wedding was officiated by Rabbi John Linder, who leads Scottsdale’s Reform congregation, Temple Solel; the ceremony was also covered by the prestigious New York Times. The couple prefers to keep their private matters away from the public’s eye.
Her husband, Hoffman, is the Senior Account Manager and Director of Writing at the college consulting firm, the Koppelman Group. He hails from Moscow, Russia – his parents, Alex and Katia emigrated to the US shortly after he was born, and he was raised alongside his brother, Ash, in Queens, New York City.

Rumors and Controversy
Christiana sparked controversy when her alleged explicit photos went viral on the Twitter profile, ‘Ari.’ However, it was later confirmed that the photos weren’t hers, but belonged to a woman named Villanova, who looked exactly like her. Eventually, the rumor died down and she hasn’t been involved in any other scandal since.

Barkley began his professional basketball career in 1984, after he joined the Philadelphia 76ers, and played there for several years before leaving them for the Phoenix Suns in 1992. The following year saw him crowned the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in NBA, then he elected to join the Houston Rockets in 1996, eventually retiring from the NBA in 2000.
He now works on the TV program “Inside the NBA.”, and has endorsed several brands, such as T-Mobile and McDonald’s.
