Manuel Arístides Ramírez Onelcida was born on 30 May 1972, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and is a professional baseball player who is known under the shortened name of Manny Ramirez. He is well known for power hitting, great batting through 19 seasons of playing professional baseball.
