Eric is the son of David Morelli and Melissa Lloyd Rogers, of Italian, English and Scottish ancestry, and has an older sister, Emily Ann Lloyd, who is also an accomplished actress. As soon as he learned to talk, Eric was thrown into show business; when he was 18 months, he made his first on-screen appearance in a computer commercial.
